Marketing Executive – Hospitality & Leisure

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join Details – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure in Lagos, Portugal. The role will support the promotion of our hotel, golf, and equestrian assets and help strengthen our brand across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for golf, food & beverage outlets and accommodation.
• Coordinate local marketing activities, including photo and video shoots and content creation for digital, social and print media.
• Maintain and update website, newsletters and social media platforms with fresh, brand‑consistent content.
• Provide on‑site support for events, activations and guest experiences throughout the resort.
• Liaise with the central Marketing & Communications team on media relations, press requests and brand assets.
• Work closely with internal teams (golf, hotels/apartments, restaurants) to ensure alignment of marketing actions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse engagement data and report results.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all communications.
• Support marketing partnerships, manage calendars and guarantee timely delivery of materials.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality, tourism or lifestyle brands.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
