Marketing Director (AI-first, Remote Contractor)

About the role

Safeguest is seeking an AI‑first Marketing Director to own and accelerate its growth engine. This full‑time contractor position is fully remote and focuses on building a multi‑channel strategy that drives qualified leads, strengthens brand authority, and expands market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute LinkedIn lead‑generation campaigns, including organic content, outreach sequences, and profile optimisation.
• Engage relevant Reddit communities to raise brand awareness and attract inbound interest.
• Design, implement, and optimise email nurture sequences, newsletters, and outbound campaigns using automation tools.
• Define and launch a podcast strategy, either by securing guest appearances or creating a Safeguest‑branded show.
• Brief and manage external agencies for paid advertising and creative production.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
• Track performance metrics, produce analytics reports, and iterate based on data insights.

Required profile

• Proven B2B or SaaS marketing experience, preferably in proptech, fintech or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in organic lead generation on LinkedIn and Reddit.
• Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms and automation workflows.
• Self‑starter capable of operating independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable for results.
• Podcast experience (hosting or booking) is a strong plus.
