Manager, Business Development Representative – Europe

About the role

Mastercard Services is looking for a proven Business Development leader to build and scale a high‑performing BDR team across Europe. You will design processes, frameworks and playbooks from scratch while actively coaching your team on prospecting techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a Europe‑focused BDR team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Design and implement outreach cadences, playbooks, onboarding programs and performance frameworks.
• Provide hands‑on coaching, including live call reviews, email and LinkedIn sequence feedback, and objection‑handling workshops.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging sales methodologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
• Build strong internal relationships across Mastercard’s product portfolio and matrixed organization to position the right solutions for prospects.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success as a BDR or outbound seller, with a track record of scaling teams.
• Ability to cultivate deep, trust‑based relationships across complex, global organizations.
• Comfortable shaping strategy and executing at the ground level in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills in multiple European languages is a plus.
