Graduate Launch Program – Global Markets (Lisbon)

About the role

The Global Markets Graduate Launch Program is an 18‑month rotational experience based in Lisbon. Participants will rotate through two nine‑month assignments, gaining exposure to sales, business development, product management and solution delivery within Mastercard’s Global Markets unit. The program is designed to build a commercial mindset and prepare graduates for diverse career paths across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Complete two nine‑month rotations covering Sales & Business Development and Product Management & Solutions.
• Support strategic sales planning, consultative selling and the delivery of integrated Mastercard solutions.
• Provide market intelligence to product teams and assist in the design and implementation of new offerings.
• Coordinate project status reporting, financial tracking, schedules and ensure implementation stays within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive commercial impact and solve complex business challenges.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1 September 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership through work experience or extracurricular activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and take responsibility for high‑quality results.
