Global Markets Graduate Launch Program 2027 – Lisbon

About the role

Mastercard’s Global Markets Graduate Launch Program is an 18‑month rotational experience designed for recent graduates. Participants will complete two nine‑month rotations across sales, business development, product management and solutions, gaining hands‑on exposure to Mastercard’s global operations. The program builds commercial acumen, strategic thinking and a global perspective while preparing graduates for a variety of career paths within the company.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic sales planning and consultative selling to drive revenue and market share.
• Collaborate with product teams to gather market intelligence, shape product road‑maps and deliver integrated solutions.
• Coordinate project‑oriented work, manage schedules, financials and status reporting to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives, present insights to senior stakeholders and help solve complex business challenges.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with graduation expected between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Available to start on 1 September 2027.
• Demonstrated leadership through work experience or extracurricular activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Eagerness to learn quickly and take responsibility for high‑quality results.
