Learning Support Officer – French Speaker (HR Shared Services)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Learning Support Officer who is fluent in French to join our HR Shared Services team. You will provide essential administrative assistance for training programmes, ensuring a smooth experience for learners and training managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, material preparation and participant communications for training sessions.
• Collaborate with training managers, internal trainers and trainees to meet client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and databases on training activities and participant progress.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learning programmes.
• Prepare regular activity reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience in administrative support or a strong interest in Learning & Development.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and at least B1 level English.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
