Junior Talent Partner

About the role

RemoFirst is seeking a Junior Talent Partner to support its fast‑growing global recruitment function. You will work closely with hiring managers and the People team to ensure a smooth, transparent hiring experience for candidates worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment for global positions, including job postings, candidate pipelines, interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Support employer branding initiatives and help scale talent acquisition efforts.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and hiring managers to facilitate onboarding and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree (or final year) in HR, Psychology, or related field, or up to 2 years of hands‑on recruitment/HR experience (internships count).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a genuine interest in candidate and employee experience.
• Comfort working across time zones and diverse cultural contexts.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with ATS tools such as Lever or Workable.
