Junior Talent Acquisition Officer (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Officer who is fluent in French to join Natixis Portugal’s HR team. In this role you will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, build talent pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience for fixed‑term, short‑term and early‑career positions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing sourcing strategies to build talent pools aligned with workforce planning and diversity goals.
• Identify and attract candidates through databases, LinkedIn and other social media channels for a variety of roles, especially temporary contracts and internship programs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to review and update role profiles, and prepare briefings for recruitment agencies.
• Draft and maintain accurate job descriptions and specifications based on business needs.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephone interviews and perform online research to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Support interview panels, provide structured feedback and, when required, administer work simulations or assessments.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Interest in banking/finance sector and familiarity with talent acquisition processes.
• Ability to work closely with hiring managers and external partners.
