Digital Marketing & Media Specialist

About the role

Continental is seeking a Digital Marketing & Media Specialist to join its Iberian Marketing Department in Portugal. The role will drive the brand’s digital presence, align marketing initiatives with market dynamics, and ensure compliance with Continental’s global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital communication strategies to promote Continental’s brand in Portugal.
• Plan, execute and analyse digital marketing activities, managing budgets and reporting on KPIs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to shape new digital strategies.
• Maintain and optimise Continental and ContiService websites, ensuring SEO performance and user experience.
• Oversee social‑media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with locally relevant content.
• Identify digital opportunities to support lead generation for ContiService.
• Manage B2C and B2B databases, ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Execute newsletters and email‑marketing campaigns targeting Portuguese customers.
• Coordinate external agencies and approve digital content proposals.
• Ensure compliance with Portuguese legislation and Continental corporate policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Proactive attitude, strong team player and ability to drive change.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of SEO and SEA principles.
• Strong expertise in website management and digital analytics.
• Social‑media management across major platforms.
• Experience with email‑marketing and newsletter tools.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Digital budgeting and campaign planning.
