Product Specialist – Marketing & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join our Marketing team in Marketing & Sales. The successful candidate will prepare product‑related reports and coordinate product launches, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the product portfolio to increase efficiency and reduce complexity.
• Ensure knowledge transfer between headquarters and the local organization.
• Prepare and conduct internal and external training sessions.
• Collaborate with the communication team to create internal and external literature.
• Support the Technical Customer Service department.
• Attend and support trade shows, customer meetings, and dealer visits as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, business engineering or management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function (preferred).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of current automotive trends and future technologies.
• Strong customer orientation, problem‑solving and analytical mindset.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to drive topics forward and good team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
