Junior Recruitment Consultant – Career Change Opportunity (On‑site)

About the role

Archer is launching its new Porto office and is looking for a motivated individual to start a career in recruitment. No prior recruitment experience is required – you will receive full training and certification to become a Recruitment Consultant. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the Paranhos district of Porto.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply Archer’s recruitment methodology to source, assess and present candidates to clients.
• Collaborate daily with Archer’s Malta teams to support the growth of high‑performing recruitment divisions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement and follow‑up.
• Achieve placement targets and earn commissions on successful hires.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience in any industry with a proven record of success.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English for daily communication with candidates.
• Fully committed to working on‑site in Porto.
