Junior French Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Lisbon team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, email and chat while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with product questions, order issues and basic technical support.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team.
• Deliver accurate solutions and personalized assistance to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C2) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Entry‑level candidates welcome – no prior experience required.
• Availability to work on‑site in Lisbon.
