Junior French Customer Support – On‑site in Braga

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior French Customer Support representative to join our on‑site team in Braga. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience with our products.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product information, assist with order issues, and address general questions.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Fluent French (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and empathy towards customers.
- Availability to work on‑site in Braga.
