Trust & Safety Team Lead (Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a Trust & Safety Team Lead who is fluent in Spanish to manage and support a team of content moderators. You will be responsible for driving performance, quality and wellbeing while handling emotionally complex content.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day performance, productivity and quality of a moderation team.
• Provide real‑time coaching and guidance, and conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
• Partner with QA to analyse audit results and create targeted improvement plans.
• Support new moderator onboarding and ongoing performance improvement together with L&D and Trainers.
• Escalate unclear cases for policy clarification and track team performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Champion a positive, respectful and resilient team culture.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management related to the Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor’s degree, post‑graduate diploma or professional degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in content moderation operations.
• Proven experience leading, inspiring and motivating teams to meet goals.
• Project and resource management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent decision‑making and analytical skills.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
