About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior French Customer Support representative to join our on‑site team in Braga. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience with our products.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide product information, assist with order issues, and address general questions.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

Fluent French (C2 level) and strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
Excellent problem‑solving abilities and empathy towards customers.
Availability to work on‑site in Braga.
