Customer Experience Advisor – Swiss‑German Speaker

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Customer Experience Advisor, providing support to consumers in Swiss‑German, French and English/Portuguese. The role is fully remote from Portugal and involves handling inquiries across phone and written channels while ensuring high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way
• Identify customer needs and guide them in using specific features
• Encode internal databases with information about consumer requests
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with relevant stakeholders
• Inform customers about new features, functionalities and campaigns
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
• Gather feedback and maintain FAQ and knowledge‑base documents
• Handle serious and sensitive contacts according to guidelines and redirect when necessary

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Swiss‑German with intermediate French and fluent English or Portuguese
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Customer‑management orientation and strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands and channels
• Previous customer support experience is a plus
