Junior Data Scientist – People Analytics

About the role

Join Airbus Human Resources as a Junior Data Scientist and help drive digital transformation within the People Analytics team. You will work on predictive scenarios, collaborate with HR professionals, and spread data science awareness across the HR community.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop use cases for predictive, correlation, simulation, or classification analyses that add value to HR functions.
• Build end‑to‑end AI models and communicate results clearly to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR experts, IT, and data‑science peers in an agile environment.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior management and diverse audiences.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic mindset with a focus on delivering user‑centric digital products.

Required skills

• Advanced Python (object‑oriented, GPU‑based parallel computing).
• Machine/Deep Learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• DevOps tools such as GitHub and PyTest.
• Visualization tools like Spotfire and QlikSense.
• Integration with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for NLP tasks.
