Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join Bosch Portugal’s People Acquisition Campus, a specialized internal recruitment service supporting talent attraction and employer branding across all Bosch divisions in Portugal. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring practices.

Key responsibilities

• Support local HR and hiring managers in defining talent attraction activities and selection methods.
• Lead the full selection and hiring process, from job advertisement to offer negotiation.
• Act as a sponsor for Bosch Employee Value Proposition and define strategies to attract target talent.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and implement process improvements.
• Manage stakeholder discussions and influence decisions on recruitment, competence evaluation, and internal processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end recruitment processes and project management.
• Collaborative team player thriving in multinational, cross‑functional environments.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a passion for customer success.
• Fluent in English.

Required skills

• Competence evaluation through interviews, preferably using the SAR method.
• Active sourcing and deep understanding of the job market.
