Junior Consultant Trainee – People and Investments

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Junior Consultant Trainee to join its Consulting Team within the People and Investments business, based in Lisbon. The team supports the Health and Benefits, Investments and Retirement, and Workforce and Rewards lines of business, offering a broad view of the company's value proposition and a rich learning experience. You will work closely with senior colleagues on retirement, human resources and benefits projects. The role is hybrid, with at least three days a week spent in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Support and take part in projects across different lines of business, including benefits, pension and investments, and human resources projects.
• Help prepare data, presentations and collect information.
• Produce reports.
• Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to client delivery quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Human Resources or Organizational Psychology.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) and Portuguese at native level.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamism, proactivity, flexibility, accountability and ownership.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.
