About the role
Randstad Digital is seeking a motivated IT Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in French to join our growing recruitment team. You will focus on sourcing and hiring cybersecurity talent for the French market, while developing a deep understanding of infrastructure and information security trends.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for diverse IT roles, primarily in cybersecurity.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and specialized tech communities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of passive talent through active sourcing and talent mapping.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Continuously develop expertise in cybersecurity domains such as SOC, pentesting, and GRC.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in tech.
- Strong desire to learn about infrastructure, information security and emerging tech trends.
- Fluent in English and French at C1 level, able to conduct interviews in both languages.
