IT Recruiter (Hybrid – Porto)

About the role

KCS IT is looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our team in Porto. The role is hybrid, combining office presence with remote work, and focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and placing IT talent for a variety of client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse recruitment needs together with Business Managers.
• Create and publish job announcements on multiple platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone surveys and shortlist candidates.
• Source IT professionals through social networks and specialised channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Prepare interview reports and communicate findings to hiring managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Proven experience recruiting IT profiles.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Results‑oriented attitude with a commitment to quality.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
