About the role
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Porto office and support our talent acquisition needs for technology positions. You will work closely with Business Managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse opportunity requirements together with Business Managers.
- Prepare and publish job announcements on multiple platforms.
- Screen and select CVs, conduct phone surveys when needed.
- Source candidates through various platforms and social networks.
- Conduct interviews and compile interview reports for Business Managers.
- Edit CVs to match Decskill’s format.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably for IT profiles.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑player attitude.
- Result‑oriented mindset and good working attitude.
- Ability to speak English and possibly other languages.
