IT Recruiter (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who is fluent in French to join Randstad Digital’s talent‑first team. You will own the full recruitment cycle for technology positions, with a focus on cybersecurity roles, supporting our French‑speaking market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and cybersecurity positions, from sourcing to final interview.
• Conduct active sourcing and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and specialised tech communities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for roles such as SOC analysts, penetration testers and GRC specialists.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Continuously develop knowledge of infrastructure, information security and emerging tech trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tech recruitment.
• Strong desire to learn about infrastructure, information security and evolving technology.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level) for interviews and communications.
