IT Recruiter (French Speaker)

About the role

Randstad Digital is seeking an IT Recruiter who is fluent in French to join its talent‑first team. You will focus on sourcing and placing candidates for technology positions, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity roles for the French market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for diverse IT positions, primarily in cybersecurity.
• Conduct active sourcing and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and niche tech communities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates for roles such as SOC analysts, pentesters and GRC specialists.
• Conduct interviews and communicate with candidates in both English and French.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of full‑cycle tech recruitment experience.
• Strong desire to learn about infrastructure, information security and emerging tech trends.
• Fluent in English and French at a B2 level or higher.
