IT Recruiter – French & English Speaker (Remote)

About the role

Randstad Digital Luxembourg is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter who is fluent in French and English. You will join a young, dynamic team focused on sourcing and placing IT talent for the Luxembourg market and European Institutions, working fully remotely from Portugal or Romania.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, source, and headhunt IT professionals (e.g., Java/Web developers, data analysts, BI specialists, support staff, project managers) using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Conduct initial qualitative screenings and lead first‑round in‑depth interviews.
• Adapt candidate CVs to the specific formats required by the market and European Institutions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to anticipate future hiring needs.
• Maintain regular communication with internal Sales, Delivery, and HR teams and provide recruitment activity reports.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Randstad Digital when engaging with candidates.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recruitment experience within the IT consultancy sector.
• Prior experience recruiting for European Institutions is a strong plus.
• Full fluency in French and excellent English proficiency.
• Proactive, highly organized, autonomous, with a critical eye for detail.
• Goal‑oriented, aiming for an average of 2 hires per month.
