International Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Atlean World is looking for an International Recruitment Consultant to join its remote team. You will focus on sourcing and placing multilingual talent for BPO sectors such as Customer Service, Call‑Center, Sales and Marketing across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with the Atlean World recruitment team.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Conduct pre‑screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Present shortlisted candidates to the internal recruitment team.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure engagement.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales or the BPO industry is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and social media platforms.
