International Recruiter – No Experience Required (Above Market Pay)

About the role

Archer is expanding its new Porto office and is looking for an International Recruiter who can join the team without prior recruitment experience. You will receive full training, become a certified Recruitment Consultant, and work closely with Archer’s Malta teams to build high‑performing recruitment divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply Archer’s recruitment methodology to source and engage candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews in English.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with Malta colleagues to match candidates with client requirements.
• Achieve placement targets and earn commissions on successful hires.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in any industry with a proven track record of success.
• Ambitious, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English for daily communication with candidates.
• Fully committed to an on‑site role in Porto.
