Inhouse Recruiter – Fully Remote

About the role

We are a fast‑growing DTC brand portfolio seeking an experienced in‑house recruiter to join us remotely. You will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for marketing and operations roles, helping us scale multiple brands across categories.

Key responsibilities

• Source top‑tier candidates for Marketing and Operations positions.
• Write and post compelling job ads that attract high‑performing talent.
• Develop scalable hiring structures, including job descriptions, intake forms, scorecards, and interview loops.
• Screen candidates on calls, assessing character traits that predict performance.
• Design fast‑hiring and fast‑firing systems to keep the pipeline efficient.
• Partner with the assistant to ensure smooth onboarding and off‑boarding flows.

Required profile

• Recent direct recruiting experience for DTC or direct‑response brands (able to name them).
• Background working with recognizable brands in the DTC space, not just adjacent e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong intuition for what “good” looks like in DTC marketing and operations.
• Excellent communication skills and a sharp judgment of character.
• Deep knowledge of hiring platforms and hidden talent pools.
• Fast‑moving, highly organized, and able to work independently without hand‑holding.
