Influencer Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead end‑to‑end influencer campaigns for key accounts, working with both micro and macro creators to deliver trend‑setting results.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with L’Oréal and internal teams to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies from brief to delivery.
• Select influencers, oversee content planning and quality, and optimise campaign performance.
• Collaborate with booking, data and client teams to ensure seamless delivery and insightful reporting.
• Support brand events and activations, proactively managing challenges and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver actionable performance insights, ensure legal and financial compliance, and identify workflow improvements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in influencer marketing or a related field, managing strategic campaigns, preferably in beauty or fashion.
• Strong understanding of social media, influencer trends and analytics, with advanced Excel skills.
• Strategic, creative and analytical mindset with excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
