Iberian People Communication & Employer Branding Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Portugal’s Iberian Talent Team as a People Communication & Employer Branding Specialist. You will shape internal communications and strengthen the employer brand across the Iberian region, working closely with HR, Corporate Communications, Talent Acquisition and Learning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the HR communication strategy and annual plan to boost employee engagement and transparency.
• Lead internal communication projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business and people priorities.
• Maintain and evolve communication channels, delivering relevant content to the right audiences.
• Create engaging materials and campaigns for intranet, events, social media and career platforms.
• Support employer branding initiatives that position Nestlé as an employer of choice.
• Measure communication and branding effectiveness using KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate employee listening initiatives and cascade action plans across the organization.
• Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice and EVP across all activities.
• Introduce innovative communication tools and approaches to enhance engagement.
• Assist in designing and delivering HR events, employer branding activations and youth programmes.

Required profile

• Degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in internal communication, people communication or employer branding.
• Strong writing, storytelling and communication abilities.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders and collaborating across functions and cultures.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands‑on execution approach.
