Hybrid Servicedesk Engineer – Lisbon

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Servicedesk professional to provide first‑line technical support to end users in a Windows and Microsoft Office environment. The role is hybrid, based in Lisbon, and focuses on delivering reliable assistance while maintaining high standards of punctuality and attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Handle stressful situations and conflicts professionally.
• Meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Contribute to a collaborative, results‑oriented work environment.

Required profile

• Experience supporting Office and Windows environments.
• Background in software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in similar helpdesk or telephone support roles.
• Knowledge of operating systems and remote‑access troubleshooting.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Availability to work within the specified time windows (8 am‑5 pm or 9 am‑6 pm, Monday‑Friday).
