HR Process Lead (m/f)

About the role

ALEBS (Air Liquide Europe Business Services) is looking for an HR Process Lead (m/f) in its Global Business Services (GBS) unit. The role supports the GBS HR Global Process Owner and is central to designing, implementing and continuously improving key HR processes, driving standardization, automation and innovation while delivering a better employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing HR processes, design and document new or revised ones (workflows, procedures, controls) aligned with best practice and legal requirements.
• Lead implementation, including communication, training and change management, and monitor performance and documentation.
• Run process improvement initiatives using data and metrics, conduct regular reviews and audits, and manage a portfolio of ideas to reduce process fragmentation.
• Act as a liaison between HR and other departments, communicate process changes and measure and improve employee experience.
• Work with HR technology teams to ensure systems support process needs, recommend automation solutions and safeguard data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mitigate process risks and keep accurate audit records.
• Develop and deliver training for HR staff and managers on HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4-5 years of HR experience with a focus on process improvement; HR development experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices and regulations.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of change management principles.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, maintain confidentiality and show strong customer orientation.
• English is mandatory.

• Strong domain of Workday.
• Experience with HR technology and systems such as HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Process improvement certifications (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
