Total Rewards Experienced Analyst (French-Speaking)

About the role

ALEBS (Air Liquide Europe Business Services), which now covers finance and human resources, is looking for an experienced Total Rewards Analyst fluent in French. The role supports employee shareholding operations, keeps a broad view of the European rewards landscape and works with regional pay transparency processes, alongside International Mobility and Compensation & Benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the external service provider to report and manage changes to shareholder data (employee departures, entity changes)
• Validate incoming early release requests for completeness and adherence to procedures
• Dispatch sales of shares, dividends and fractional rights payments to shareholders for entity payments
• Assist employee shareholders with formalities such as process explanations and online account access
• Support the implementation, deployment and tracking of regional pay transparency processes and compliance initiatives
• Partner with International Mobility teams on cross-functional tasks and process optimisation
• Provide data analysis and operational support to the Compensation & Benefits GBS/COE during peak periods or regional projects

Required profile

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operational support, HR administration, HR shared services or a similar analytical role; exposure to compensation or benefits processes is a plus
• Fluent English and French (mandatory)
• Knowledge of or interest in rewards processes such as pay transparency regulations, compensation, international mobility and benefits frameworks is mandatory
• Experience with process automation, AI-driven tools or basic scripting (e.g. VBA, Apps Script, Power Automate) is preferred
