HR Digital Support Specialist – Maternity Leave Cover

About the role

We are seeking an HR Digital Support Specialist to cover a maternity leave within the Talent Management Support team at Airbus GBS Portugal. The role focuses on delivering Level 1/Level 2 support for Workday Talent and related HR digital platforms, ensuring a smooth employee experience across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute HR campaigns such as Performance & Goals, Competence Assessments, Development Talks, and Team Reviews.
• Update eligibility rules and coordinate communications with HR departments, managers, and employees.
• Launch and monitor campaign steps in Workday, sending notifications and reminders at key milestones.
• Maintain surveillance plans, reassign tasks when management structures change, and ensure key controls are in place.
• Track performance of HR solutions, provide KPIs, and conduct ad‑hoc analysis.
• Participate in Return of Experience sessions and propose improvements.
• Collaborate regularly with HR Communications and Change teams to align messaging and tool updates.
