HR Data Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

Join Thales' HR Shared Service Center in Lisbon as an HR Data Specialist supporting French‑speaking employees and managers. You will ensure smooth HR processes, accurate data, and a high‑quality employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all HR‑related topics.
• Guide new joiners from offer letter through onboarding and beyond.
• Maintain HR systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and quality.
• Support international teams with onboarding, mobility, and day‑to‑day HR processes.
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and documents that simplify employee interactions.
• Participate in HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Management or a related area, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Fluency in French is mandatory and will be used exclusively for French HR operations.
• Strong, clear and approachable communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to bring structure to processes.
• Enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Adaptable, proactive and solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR platforms (a plus).
