HR Business Analyst (French speaker)

About the role

ALTEN is building a new service centre in Porto to support its European subsidiaries. The company seeks an HR Business Analyst who will primarily focus on HR topics while also covering Travel & Expense activities and related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated project stream, organizing and coordinating activities and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders.
• Act as the main liaison between business teams and technical teams, contributing to deployment kits and continuous improvement.
• Engage with HR and Travel & Expense key users in France and abroad, leading workshops to identify and analyse user needs.
• Support key users in formalising their requirements and drive initiatives within the assigned scope.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and deployment of processes aligned with core model solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Owner, Key User, or in HR/Travel & Expense administration.
• Good level of English (B2) – mandatory; working knowledge of French (B1) – appreciated.
• Ability to quickly gain autonomy, take ownership of tasks and lead topics.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
