Greek‑Speaking Customer Service Rep – Global e‑Commerce

About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a Greek‑speaking Customer Service Representative in Lisbon. You will support buyers, sellers and creators across various social media channels, ensuring a smooth e‑commerce experience.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve issues reported by customers, checking order and logistics status.
• Review tickets within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate cases according to the client’s Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work.
• Drive overall customer‑satisfaction metrics by providing regular updates across touch points.
• Maintain adherence to service‑level agreements and achieve best‑in‑class productivity.

Required profile

• Fluent in Greek (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
• College degree or equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce concepts.
• Experience in a call‑center or service‑industry environment (voice and non‑voice).
• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
