Global Marketing Manager – Health Care Practice Area

About the role

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Marketing Manager to lead the Health Care Practice Area (HCPA). In this hands‑on position you will shape and execute integrated marketing strategies that amplify BCG’s thought leadership and deepen client engagement worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage high‑quality content, thought‑leadership pieces, and their amplification across digital, media, and event channels.
• Design and deliver strategic events that showcase BCG’s perspectives and create client interaction opportunities.
• Evolve client relationship programmes for targeted, personalised engagement.
• Collaborate with experts to boost external visibility and strengthen the HCPA market position.
• Plan, budget, and resource HCPA marketing activities while exploring AI‑driven efficiencies.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign delivery: brief, audience definition, channel planning, execution, amplification, and measurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global or regional marketing within professional services or a related sector.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders, subject‑matter experts, and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on translating complex health‑care topics into compelling narratives.
• Independent yet collaborative work style, capable of managing multiple priorities.
