German-Speaking Call Center Agent – Lisbon (No Night Shifts)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing insurance customer service team in Lisbon and become the primary point of contact for German‑speaking policyholders. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing clear, accurate information while delivering a friendly experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to policy, coverage, renewal, billing and claims questions through multiple channels.
• Explain insurance products, terms and procedures in German and English.
• Guide customers through the claims process and resolve issues efficiently.
• Document all interactions and outcomes in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements and service standards.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2) communication skills.
• 0‑1 year experience in customer service or technical support.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
