German Customer Support – Insurance Project (Lisbon, No Night Shifts)

About the role

Join an insurance‑focused customer service team in Lisbon and become the primary point of contact for German‑speaking policyholders and prospects. You will handle inquiries about policies, claims, billing and account updates, delivering accurate information and a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Answer questions on insurance coverage, policy renewals, billing and account changes.
• Guide customers through the claims process and resolve related issues.
• Document interactions and outcomes in internal systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Proficiency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• 0‑1 year experience in customer support or technical customer service.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset and client‑support orientation.
