French‑Speaking Social Media Customer Service Agent

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking professional to join our customer service team in Portugal. The role focuses on handling customer interactions across major social media platforms, ensuring timely and engaging responses that reinforce the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound communications on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Record customer details accurately and follow up on cases to resolution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, company policies and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet quality KPIs and continuously improve the brand experience.

Required profile

• Fluent French at C2 level (required) and strong English speaking and writing skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center or B2B support environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
