French‑Speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Lisbon hub. You will be the main point of contact for clients and cleaning agents, ensuring smooth communication and high‑quality service throughout the booking lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and coordinate with cleaning agents after a booking is made via the app.
• Resolve last‑minute changes, scheduling conflicts and logistical issues to achieve optimal outcomes for both parties.
• Manage feedback, process complaints and uphold service quality standards.
• Update client and agent information, process contract amendments, track absences and answer payroll‑related questions.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C2) with professional English proficiency (C1).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, coordination or hospitality.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a calm and friendly phone demeanor.
• Interest in contributing ideas and shaping team processes in a growing environment.
