About the role

Join a global technology and services leader as a French‑speaking Customer Representative on a vehicles transportation platform. Based in Lisbon, you will interact with customers through email and phone, ensuring high‑quality service, efficient booking management and a smooth customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via email or phone, handling bookings, cancellations and billing issues.
• Answer inquiries about services, suggest appropriate options and provide detailed information.
• Gather new customer data and accurately enter it into the platform.
• Process and respond to contact requests promptly, meeting performance targets.
• Contribute to building a strong commitment to the client’s brand.

Required profile

• High level of French (written and oral) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and active‑listening abilities.
• Strong aptitude for identifying customer needs and delivering fast solutions.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and a collaborative team player.
