French‑Speaking Customer Advisor – On‑site in Braga

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Braga. In this on‑site position you will represent a leading personal‑loan provider, helping clients understand and obtain financing for their personal projects.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email and live‑chat, providing clear information on financial products.
• Assist customers with loan applications, verify documentation and explain regulatory requirements in simple terms.
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster brand loyalty.
• Review client profiles and recommend the most suitable financial solutions.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French (C1/C2) with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Organised, caring and able to work efficiently in a busy office environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Braga, with a flexible schedule that includes shift work and Saturday mornings.
• No prior finance experience required – a comprehensive paid training programme will be provided.

What we offer

• Base salary of €930 gross per month, paid 14 times a year.
• Food allowance of €7.63 per working day (tax‑free).
