French‑Speaking Customer Advisor – Lisbon (On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic French‑speaking Customer Advisors to join our team in the heart of Lisbon. As the front‑line brand ambassador for a global payment solutions provider, you will help both corporate and everyday users navigate digital transactions safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multichannel support (phone, email, live chat) to French‑speaking customers for platform queries, account setup, and payment issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, payment errors, and security concerns while maintaining a customer‑first mindset.
• Follow GDPR and fraud‑prevention protocols to ensure data privacy and transaction security.
• Relay user feedback to internal technical teams to contribute to product improvements.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native French (C1/C2) with solid English (B2) for internal communication.
• Strong communication, empathy, and resilience, especially during high‑volume periods.
• Willingness to live in Lisbon or relocate, with support available through a corporate relocation program.

• Competitive base salary of €930 gross per month, paid 14 times per year.
