Danish-Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Remote (Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking a Danish‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our international support team based in Portugal. The role is fully remote and involves assisting customers in both Danish and English, ensuring a high‑quality experience across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish and English.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Document interactions and update customer records in the internal system.
• Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve service quality.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while working remotely.

Required profile

• Fluent/native‑level proficiency in Danish and English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Residency in Portugal with availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00–17:00.
