About the role

Join a leading international insurance company in Lisbon as a bilingual Customer Service Representative. You will be the primary point of contact for Italian‑ and English‑speaking customers, delivering professional assistance in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support and assistance in Italian and English.
• Respond to enquiries and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle requests efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
• Utilise various digital tools and platforms daily.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Italian language proficiency at C2 level.
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and multiple platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, international environment.
