French Technical Support Advisor

About the role

We are looking for fluent French speakers based in or around Porto to join a secure banking and insurance project. Depending on your background, you can work on a Level 1 (general support) or Level 2 (advanced IT support) track, offering a clear path for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Level 1: Assist customers with banking and insurance queries, guide them through administrative processes, and handle account requests.
• Level 2: Provide advanced technical and transactional support, troubleshoot complex issues, and use French, English and IT knowledge to resolve problems.

Required profile

• Must reside in or around Porto, Portugal (no relocation package).
• Fluent/native French language skills.
• Level 1: IT background or a second language (e.g., German B2) is a strong plus; no prior experience required.
• Level 2: Strong working knowledge of English and previous experience in a similar customer‑support or technical role.
• Excellent communication, customer empathy, data accuracy and a problem‑solving mindset.

• Competitive base salary paid 14 times per year.
