French Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Konecta is seeking a French‑speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its recruitment team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for French‑language positions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for French‑speaking roles.
• Source, attract and engage top talent using a variety of channels.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and provide hiring recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective talent strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.
• Support cross‑market recruitment projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume or fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, organised and results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent in English and French (both mandatory).
• Additional language skills are a strong advantage.
