French Speaking Travel Industry Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Join a leading low‑cost airline project in Lisbon as a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist. You will assist French‑market passengers across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East, providing end‑to‑end support for bookings, changes, and travel inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email and chat.
• Process flight bookings, modifications, cancellations and ticket issuance.
• Respond to information requests, sales enquiries and complaints.
• Manage back‑office travel operations, including reservation creation and amendment.
• Escalate and resolve sensitive cases while delivering accurate, real‑time information.
• Provide tailored solutions to ensure a positive travel experience.

Required profile

• French language proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Minimum six months of contact‑centre experience.
• Strong communication, empathy and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle rotational shift patterns.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS tools such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo.
